Job Description
- Assist guest and doing whatever it takes to ensure guest's satisfaction.
- Inspect all operating systems and components of the property to ensure they are operating properly.
- Promptly respond to front desk reports of guest's problems or concerns, informs the front desk when action taken.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs of all property's components and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Advises if external contractor is needed.
- Monitors and maintains an inventory of supplies in order to perform duties.
- Maintains all storage areas, and mainteanance/repairing areas properly.
- Understands and applies all property safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guest.
- Remain ON-CALL as scheduled to respond to emergency guest's and property issues that may arise.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt action can be taken.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate in Malay, and English as added advantage.
- Added advantage on working experience as a building/facilities maintenance technician or skilled trade within a hotel/condo.
- Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.
- Knowledge in air conditioning servicing, repair & trouble shooting will be added advantage.
