Conducts troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in precision machining production floor.
To ensure all machine are regularly inspected and maintained in good working condition at all times.
To work towards zero breakdown by effectively carry out preventive maintenance program according to the schedule.
To make routine check on machines and equipment to ensure machines and equipment are working in good condition.
To troubleshoot and recommend solution to electrical or electronics problem and if necessary, repair the fault.
Maintain 5S and Safety for workplace at all time.
Job requirements:
Possesses Certificate/Diploma in Electrical field or any equivalent vocational or technical institutions.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting role on cnc machine and others equipment's in a manufacturing environment preferably in precision manufacturing industry.
Have knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic system.
A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and high concern on safety.
Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and following established safety guidelines.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
