Job Description:

To Understand and carry out all jobs assigned to the department by the Senior Executive
Perform regular inspections of equipment and scheduling of maintenance repairs
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and Blueprints
To maintain various Mechanical & Electrical equipment on all company sites
Troubleshoot the fault reported regarding Air-Conditioning system (FCU, AHU, Chillers, Split Airconditioning unit)
Diagnose minor electrical faults for LV and HV System
Assess and repair leaks on the building roof structure
Troubleshoot and repair buildings cold water and plumbing system
Monitor 3rd party contractors work

Requirements:

At least Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering with minimum 1 years of experience
Required to work on Weekends and PH if required (Emergency Issue)
To be base in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, KL

Education

Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
