Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for maintenance of all production lines and machinery to ensure efficient operations at all times.
Responsible to ensure smooth facilities / utilities support for overall plant operations at all times.- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates besides tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs to all production machinery.
Schedule and oversee all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.- Look for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.
Ensure all maintenance operations are done in accordance with OSHA guidelines and other Government regulations.
- Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance.
Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and Government regulations.- Oversee any renovations, refurbishments and building projects.
Liaise and network with relevant authorities i.e. MDSR, TNB, JKKP, BOMBA, and other related agencies for continuous operations and compliance.
