Job Responsibility- Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all mall facilities, including electrical systems, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and other building systems.
Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.- Respond promptly to reports of mechanical or maintenance issue and resolve them expeditiously.
Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff, ensuring a high standard of work and compliance with safety regulations.
- Schedule and delegate maintenance tasks and projects effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to mall operations.
Conduct performance evaluations of maintenance staff to foster a positive and accountable work environment.- Ensure all mall facilities comply with health and safety standards and legal regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrections are implemented where necessary.
- Prepare and manage the budget for the maintenance department, ensuring cost effectiveness.
Negotiate with vendors and contractors for supplies and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service.- Oversee renovation projects to enhance facility efficiency and aesthetics.
Coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role.
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to analyse situations and make quick decisions in high-pressure scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Proficiency in handling maintenance management software- Proficient in Mandarin Speaking
