Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Salary Range: RM 7,000 RM 9,000 per month

Ensure that site Maintenance activities in comply with current and future legal and regulatory requirements and with Company policies and procedures.
- Strong sense in HSE and comply with Site HSE procedure.
To have strong awareness in 5S.- Ability in PPC technology in equipment and facility continuous and train the maintenance engineer and technician.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to the companys HSE policy and procedures and within legislation.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out at maximum efficiency, promote improvement in work practices led to better HSE performance, quality and achieved the maintenance KPIs.
Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Plan and Predictive Maintenance plan for related equipment.- Maintain records and documentation for equipment, spare parts and performance records necessary to keep the plant performance at a high level.
Provide constructive idea and solution to the related equipment which is hidden design flaws, influence of the production efficiency and HSE issues.
- Provide technical support to solve the Equipment Emergency fault and organize the technicians to analysis and find out the root cause of the failure.
Ensure that relevant equipment inspections / calibrations required by the companys quality, safety and environmental procedures and Chinese legislation's are completed on time.- New project and equipment introduced follow-ups closely and make the mechanical acceptance go smoothly and effectively.
Maintenance Cost manage and follow-up under budget. Continuously improve production process and facilities to meet EHS requirement, enhance productivity and reduce production cost.
- Train the staff in routine maintenance and production tasks.
Degree and above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10-11 years of working experience in a MNC polymer manufacturing industry & handling injection molding and extrusions machines.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin language are a must for liaison with business stakeholders.- Strong working knowledge of reliability concepts (such as defect elimination, reliability centered maintenance, root-cause failure analysis, failure mode and effect analysis, etc.)
Knowledge of industrial and corporate codes and standards
- Work planning & scheduling and understanding of quality requirements.
Rotating process equipment, power transmission, and electrical systems- Utilize SAP, Fire Codes, Safety Codes, and ISO Procedures, along with maintenance and calibration equipment.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
