Our client: Food manufacturing company
Responsibilities:
- To maintain and upkeep the facilities & utilities system such Boiler, Waste Water Treatment Plant, cooling tower and chiller.
- To manage and control the maintenance budgets & Capex.
- Drives and coordinates cross functional improvement activities identify opportunities to improve performance and assets reliability.
- To manage and lead the Maintenance team and ensure that they are able to support production line to achieve their targets.
- To provide support and technical engineering advice to production teams to ensure operation of plant and equipment meets FSSC 22000 and HACCP requirements.
- To support the global policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
- To optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators.
- To liaise with the related regulatory agencies such as MOH, JKKP and DOE .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of supervisory experience with in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
