Role of Technician: Repairing, installing all the electrical & Machinery part.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintenance Facilities is a professional who keeps buildings running smoothly by repairing wiring, replacing light bulbs, and installing new equipment or facilities in a dormitory and infrastructure.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and painting, to keep the I-Stay building in good condition.
Move and relocate office furniture, make adjustment to desk, chairs, and files.- Repair locking system on doors, files, cabinets, and lockers.
Update the maintenance block daily report at the I-Stay AIO Application.
- Assist to Maintenance Supervisor on district maintenance projects such as preventive maintenance of the buildings.
Respond to immediate maintenance requirements as required.- May provide support in supervising and managing maintenance records and supplies.
Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of work tools.
- Complying with different safety measures and policies.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Min. SPM graduate.- Diploma in Engineering will be added advantage
Experience in building facility maintenance.
- Knowledge in basic electrical & Maintenance service.
Knowledge in computer is compulsory. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Working Location: I-Park SAC@Senai, I-Park Indahpurah@Kulai or I-Tech Valley@Gelang Patah. Work assignments may vary from time to time.
