To assist and support the Maintenance and Event Assistant Manager, perform the following tasks:- Maintaining F&B equipment (chiller, freezer, water heater, etc.)
Setting up the food truck and event space- Coordinate with an outside contractor to compare quotes and monitor the progress of the work
Possess your own transport
- Hold GDL license would be advantageous for the candidate.
