Job Purpose - Responsible to ensure that the Maintenance of the stores are completed within agreed SLA at the least possible cost, which includes both Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, and to ensure that the Corrective Maintenance reports are closed and updated in a timely manner. Being the main contact and coordinator for all maintenance works within his/her area.
- Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
To assist all maintenance related administration paperwork.
- To follow up on maintenance job tickets (Symple report) and complete it within agreed timeframe.
To update and follow up pending maintenance job with contractors / vendors.- To file maintenance jobsheet by in-house technician.
To assist on quotation enquiry from contractors/ vendors.
- To assist on other works, deem suitable from time to time.
Prepares Trend analysis reports with insights, recommendations and solutions.- Analyses the equipment breakdown frequency, age and condition and to recommend solutions or replacement.
Prepares, analyses and submits any other maintenance reports that are required with solutions and recommendations and acts upon report findings.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma, in Administration/ Human Resource/ Project Administration.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administration.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under fast-paced projects environment.
- Experience in dealing landlord, contractors, and vendors.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams software.- Willing to work for long hours and weekends/public holidays.
