M&E Supervisor (High Rise Project)

• Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations within construction project.

• Responsible for ensuring that all M&E systems are installed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track.

• Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar role in high-rise construction projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
