Supervise contractors and coordinate all M&E activities on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of M&E works.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, specifications and adherence to safety standards.
Review and verify on M&E shop drawings, materials, and equipment submissions.- Maintain accurate documentation and records of M&E activities, including progress reports, inspection forms, site diaries, and as-built drawings.
Job Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience as an M&E Inspector of Work / Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Able to start immediately.
