Position
: M&E Inspector of Work
Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications, focusing on quality and timely completion- To carry regular inspections to check conformance of material, workmanship conforms to approved method statements and approved drawings
Verify materials meet project requirements and manage remedial works to meet contract deadlines
- Provide regular progress updates to superiors, highlighting any issues with construction quality or delays
Manage and control project documents and data for accuracy and accessibility- To attend and report progress and issues at client consultant and site project meetings
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field- Registered as Inspector of Works
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
