To plan and carry out inspection with sub-contractors, client and consultant supported with compulsory/necessary documentation.
To liaise with respective authorities with all kind of matters arising including submission of documentation for approval.
To plan and execute the work based on programme and to ensure timely completion.
To coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve related/arising matters at site with sub-contractors, client, and consultant.
To ensure all goods and materials delivered at site on time.
To follow up with sub-contractors, client and consultant pertaining design and technical matters.
To plan for sub-contractors and suppliers works to be carried at site to ensure smooth workflow.
To verify sub-contractors completed works at site and report to Project Manager.
To ensure sub-contractors works at site meet Quality Control, Quality Assurance and QLASSIC requirements.
To supervise sub-contractors compliance with Green Building Index (GBI) and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
To do computerized reporting on site progress and other matters assigned by Project Manager.
To prepare complete documentation i.e. Request for Inspection (RFI), Site Instruction (S.I.), Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and necessary documents for all works carried out at site.
To assists Project manager on technical and design issues on all M&E works.
To ensure compliance on Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
At least Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in M&E Construction project.
Must have proficient knowledge and experience Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Extra Low Voltage & Communication services system in buildings.
Willing to travel to Tawau, Sarawak twice a month.
Able to work on Monday to Saturday.
