Job Description:
- Check all M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site.
Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower- Attend site meetings, liaise with consultant, main contractors, sub-contractors concerning project technical and coordination issues.
Prepare documents related to project management activities, i.e work program, progress report, correspondence, T&C report, and manual, etc.
- Prepare, monitor, coordinate and report site activities, i.e. logistic, manpower arrangement, installation, and T&C, etc.
Any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 5 Year(s) of related experience required.
- Preferably with working experience in high rise and mixed development
