- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Proper setting up of items at customers premise, i.e., proper handling of items without damage/scratches
- Proper dismantling of customers old items upon leaving customers premise
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.- Accepting payments for delivered items when needed.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs, for example signed Goods Received Note/Delivery Note received from customers upon successful delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
