Job Responsibility
SCM Executive responsible to support SCM department head to control, manage and ensuring the entire SCM operation / activities are implementing and compliance according to defined standard operation procedure and / or requirements
- Propose the SCM department Organization structure planning
- Propose the job description for all SCM department personnel
- Monitoring and achieve the SCM department KPI which co-relevant with company Quality Policy
- Monitor and follow-up of SCM department operation / activities
- Coordinate and take lead of monthly stocktake
- Coordinate and take lead of Annual Grand Inventory
- Identification and propose of SCM department continual improvement
- Reveiew and implement the relevant SCM standard operation procedure according to ISO / customer requirements
- Attend regular operation metting wjen necessary
Job Requirements
- Candidate must prosses at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
