- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Demonstrating and presenting products- Establishing new business
Maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing sales performance
Working towards monthly or annual targets- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Requirements / Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good business contact and industry knowledge, experience in Freight Forwarding
Able to start work on short notice
