Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for delivery arrangement for local sales.
  • To assist lorry drivers to load and unload goods into lorry for delivery.
  • Perform final product identification before delivery and prepare all necessary documents, reports and related clerical tasks.
  • Liaise and deal with transporters or lorry drivers to ensure on time delivery or checking delivery status.
  • Conduct investigation or claims against transporter if damage during delivery.
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks in the department in the absence of the responsible colleagues.
  • Coordinate goods returns with proper recordings.
  • Assist in any other related duties as and when assigned.



Job Requirements

  • SPM/Certificate in Logistic Management, Business Administration, Store and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred especially in manufacturing industry. However, self-motivated fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with external parties.
  • Computer literate with good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
