Job Responsibility
1. Logistics Operations
- Responsible for receiving, issuing, storing, and distributing materials within the plant.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of materials, and coordinate handling of logistics issues and anomalies.
- Monitor and manage material inventory within the plant, conduct regular inventory counts and update records.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of inventory, adhering to the company's inventory management policies.
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
- Coordinate production plans and logistics arrangements, optimizing order processing and logistics flows.
- Transportation Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate with transport service providers, manage transportation schedules and costs.
- Ensure the safety and integrity of goods during transportation, and resolve any issues or delays in transit.
- Data Recording and Reporting:
- Record and maintain logistics-related data, generate reports and analyses for management reference.
- Analyze logistics processes and efficiency, and propose improvement suggestions and optimization plans.
- Compliance with Safety Regulations:
- Adhere to company and industry safety operating procedures, ensuring safety and compliance in logistics operations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, familiar with logistics processes and operations.
- Proficient in using logistics management software and office software, such as ERP systems, Excel, etc.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively handle various logistics issues.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good time management and prioritization skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good understanding and practical experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Team player with a strong customer service mindset, able to provide high-quality service to internal customers.
