- To handle logistics operation work
- To follow up customers on quotation
- To handle simple billing, invoicing and data entry in accounting system
- Filing & sorting documents
- Assist in general office admin work
- Any other ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements
Vacancy : Logistics Office Assistant
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Min qualification : SPM or Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS office
- Responsible and dedicated with a positive work attitude
- Able to work independently with min supervision
