Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for daily planning and routing of outbound shipments.
- Keeps track of Proof of Delivery documents and perform ship confirmation in the system.
Coordinate and communicate with the teams and internal contacts regarding service and cost concerns.- Follow up and monitor customer requirements.
Liaise with suppliers for inbound shipping planning; arrange delivery dates and quantities, and check inventory and costs.
- Involved in ERP migration preparation activities.
Assist in strategic network design projects to improve service and control cost.
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Supply Chain Management / Order Management or equivalent background.- 1-3 years of working experience.
Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
- Proficient with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word.
Good oral and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
