RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks for sales team.
Assist in data collection and maintenance.- Prepare relevant reports, update required data, documents (DO copy) filling and provide recommendations as and when needed.
Receive and acknowledge customer Purchase Order (PO).
- Monitor and manage stock availability closely to prevent insufficient stock.
Communicate with customers from order processing to delivery arrangement.- Work closely with internal and outsource transporter for logistic arrangement.
Work closely with other parties both external and internal to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- Liaise with in-house and third-party transporters to plan deliveries with minimum failure.
Monitor daily deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.- Check and verify transport bills are correct before submitting to accounts for payment.
Work with finance, marketing, technical, product teams to solve the problem in daily work.
- Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in any field.- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Organized personality and with good analytical skill.
