To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
Handle clients inquiries and provide assistance
Monitor documents dispatch and received
Recording documents flow and filing
Handle the export shipment & coordinate with shipping agent to prepare the documentation for custom clearence like BL, Packing List & Commercial Invoice.
Work closely with transporter to ensure meet the clients delivery date as given.
Processing and providing accurate Delivery Order to the clients as per Sales Order.
Determine the export shipment cost like shipping & forwarding charges which is LCL container or FCL container is correct.
To issuance and recording the Delivery Order (Do), Complaint Internal Form (CIF) & Stock Return Note (SRN).
Prepare the cases of salesman issue & transporter issue then update the logistics report for monthly meeting.
Monitor the daily inventory of the salesman outstanding order and update the reason in the SQL system.
Any others duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
