Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and arrange shipments for local and international orders.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phyto certificate (as required for animal feed), customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements.
Process orders, track and monitoring shipment status.- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Resolve any issues related to orders, such as delays or discrepancies, and update relevant parties accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data.
Generate reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and inventory levels.- Support Logistics cum Operations Manager to handle monthly stock count and maintain accurate records of local stock
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs and import/export requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as operations, sales, and finance, to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues.
Communicate with external partners, including suppliers, carriers, and customs officials, DVS officials, Maqis officials to facilitate smooth operations.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.- Previous experience in logistics, forwarding, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: RM3,000 to RM3,500
Working Hour: 5 Days Work Week 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
