Job Description

_Benefits Summary:_
  • This is a full time permanent position
Basic Salary RM2,000 - RM2,800
  • Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Performance Bonus, Monthly Allowances, Overtime Pay, Yearly Salary Increment, Birthday Celebration, Training, Dynamic Environment, Supportive Management, Company Overseas Trips and Events etc.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday:

Our client, a reputable
Workspace Designer & Office Furniture Manufacturer established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking a passionate Logistics Coordinator to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their logistics team to provide administrative assistance for the department.

_Responsibilities:_
  • Assist in coordination activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping & logistic activities
Work closely with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangement
  • Coordinate with logistics or sales team to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet delivery dateline
Planning trucking schedule based on delivery dateline by utilized company own trucks
  • Keep documents and records such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_
  • Minimum a SPM/ Diploma in any field of study
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistic or any related field
Possess knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as AutoCount System
  • Good attitude and willing to learn
