Logistic Operations Assistant / Fresh Graduate / Port Klang Pulau Indah

Job Descriptions:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Accurately process consignment orders as per customer and manager instructions.
• Coordinate with shippers, customers, customs brokers, and transporters to manage cargo transportation and provide updates.
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory movement.
• Help prepare customs documents and ensure correct import/export declarations.
• Keep documents well-organized and easy to access.
• Issue invoices promptly and assist with collecting overdue payments.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate from Business, Logistic or any relevant.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu.
