To assist GM/AGM oversee and managing Logistics Dept including Warehousing & Trucking division.
To assist salespersons prepare quotations, securing new customers, servicing existing customers, attending to customers requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requisition and negotiation of charges/rates from Warehouse and Transport operators and sub-contractors
Conduct regular stock or inventory check, report and plan/monitor Inbound and Outbound shipments
Coordinate & provide seamless information feedback to/from our Customer Service and Operation Staff on any special arrangement requested by/offered to customers to ensure smooth & excellent service.
Respond to any issues or complaints and strive for continuous improvements
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, compliance,and ISO requirements
To assist AGM/GM in achieving the company goals and objective
Requirements :
Secondary Education / Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Administration / Transport with a minimum of 10 years experience in the forwarding industry.
Ability to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Must be computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to work closely with all internal departments
Diligent, skillful, and able to work closely with all internal departments
6 Able to lead a team and have strong leadership qualities with motivational skills.
7 Possess own transport and valid license and able to travel extensively
