Responsibles:- Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
Monitor shipments for timely delivery.- Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.- Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
Guide new customers through product and service training.
- Stay connected with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
Manage customer accounts by promptly addressing issues and staying updated on service updates.- Retain customers and explore upsell opportunities through alternative business solutions.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.- Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
Good at reading and writing in Mandarin and English are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
.Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / Google Sheets /applications.
