Responsibilities- Receive instructions from Sales Team to book vessel/trucks with expected ETD/ETA date and according to rate in the table & sailing schedule.
Prepare invoice/packing list/coil list/ container load list/DO in the system- Email Invoice/PL to customs forwarder for preparation of customs form (K2).
To key in export customs form K2 and making sure all data is tally with system & K
- To submit necessary documentation to MITI/MICCI for endorsement or legalization (if necessary)
Ensure the filing for K2 Form, Shipping Doc & all transport documents is well-maintained.- Properly sorting and safekeep the shipping documentation in the relevant system
Coordinating with insurance companies to obtain new policies or make claims when appropriate.
At least Certificate/Diploma in Maritime Management, Shipping Management, Logistics, Port Management, Transportation and any related field, OR;
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma holder (non relevant field) with minimum of 1-3 years experienced related to the above roles.
Possess own transport and willing to work at No. 33, Jalan Senyum, Kampung Wadihana 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor
- Meticulous, accurate and able to maintain strict confidentiality of Company information.
Proven responsibility to multitask.
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
