Assist in coordination activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping & logistic activities.- Need to work closely with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangement.
Coordinate with logistics or sales team to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet delivery dateline.
- planning trucking schedule based on delivery dateline by utilized company own trucks.
Keep documents and records such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, in any field.- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of experience in logistic or any related field.
Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel, AutoCount system.- 5 days work, Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm , Saturday: 8.30am-1.00pm
