Job Title: Loan Consultant- Company: MyRinggit (Ariyadana Equities Sdn. Bhd.)
MyRinggit is a leading provider of Shariah-compliant financial solutions exclusively for Malaysia's civil servants. We offer a seamless online platform that connects borrowers with reputable financing providers, including co-operatives and companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.
As a Loan Consultant at MyRinggit, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to loan disbursement. You will play a key role in helping clients secure the financing they need while ensuring all processes adhere to Syariah principles. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable loan products.Loan Application Management:
Assist clients with completing loan applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and accurately filled out.Loan Processing: Work closely with the sales team, sales manager, and financing providers to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Follow-up and Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process, including follow-ups on application status and resolving any issues.
Compliance:
Ensure all loan applications adhere to Syariah principles and MyRinggit's policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and company policies.Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Education: A diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or loan consulting. Experience with Shariah-compliant products is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyse financial information and assess loan eligibility.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Language:
