- Loan Administrator plays an important role in the company as we want to ensure our valuable clients loan applications process is smooth at all times without encountering any error or delay. - Salary: RM3,
- 00 - RM4,500.00 a month (depending on experience)
- Experience: more than 2 years of experience
No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Learn about the loan application processes and regulations in Singapore- Gather required documents for loan application processes and help clients perform assessment before submission to banks in Singapore
Fill up clients application forms and attach them together with relevant documents for submission to lenders.
- Maintain a good relationship with respective lenders.
Give clients recommendations and advice on their mortgage choices.- Provide excellent mortgage broker service to clients by ensuring that all clients can secure their loans on time.
Provide excellent communication and great service to clients at all times.
- Working closely with respective teams at all times to come out with more great ideas together on how to improve the process further from time to time as when required.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Bankings or equivalent. Those with other relevant fields are welcomed and can be considered.
- Candidates are required to have at least 2 years experience in mortgage or loan handling. Those from the banking industry would be an added advantage.
Candidates must be familiar with English language in terms of writing, reading and also speaking.
