Responsible for overseeing all aspects of live streaming events, including pre-livestream set up, overseeing all operations during livestream and conducting review sessions post-livestream. They work closely with the production team to ensure that live streams are executed smoothly and to the highest quality. This includes pre-production preparation, testing, and monitoring the live stream during the event. They are also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the livestream.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production team to plan, execute, and deliver live streaming events of the highest quality
- Set up and test all video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, and switchers are in working order before the live stream to ensure everything is in proper working order
- Monitor the live stream during the event, troubleshoot and quickly resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Ensure the live stream adheres to technical standards and guidelines
- Ensure that the live stream is delivered to the correct destination platforms and that it meets their technical requirements
- Monitor the audience engagement and feedback and respond as necessary
- Continuously improve technical processes and equipment
- Conduct review sessions with the livestreaming and digital commerce teams to optimize future livestreaming sessions
- Work closely with the livestreamers to ensure livestreaming scripts and concepts are of top quality for each livestreaming sessions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in live streaming technology and make recommendations for future improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream producer or in a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of video and audio production techniques, including camera operation, audio mixing, and video switching
- Proven experience in project management and handling multiple stakeholders
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
