Key Responsibilities
Livestream Management
- Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on YouTube and other platforms.
- Conduct research on trading market trends, identify hot topics and tokens.
- Manage pre-live preparation, live session execution, and post-live performance reviews.
Livestream Planning
- Collaborate with business operations teams and livestream hosts to create effective livestream strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution and pacing during livestreams, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance livestream performance and maximize ROI.
Host Training and Support
- Provide training to livestream hosts on scriptwriting, presentation skills, and audience engagement techniques.
Sales Accountability
- Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking full ownership of the livestream sales performance.
