Job Title: Live Stream Operations Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Stream Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our live streaming activities, including coordinating with our team of live stream hosts, creating engaging content, and ensuring the overall success of our live streams. This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
Manage and mentor a team of live stream hosts, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.- Plan, organize, and execute live streaming sessions, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
Edit and produce video content for promotional purposes and post-stream highlights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging.
Monitor live stream analytics and provide reports to management.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of live events.
Proven experience in managing live stream hosts or similar roles.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken.- Ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
