Languages English, Malay or Chinese

. Livestream experience more advantage

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in live chat, email & apps

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

To carry out any administrative requirements pos system

Respond to customer enquiries on all social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Tiktok) regarding product or orders.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
