- Conduct live sessions on the company's social media platform
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.- Be flexible in adjusting hosting style based on the nature of the event and audience.
Communicate information clearly and effectively to the audience.
- Able to identify trends and up to date topics every day to get more interaction on our broadcasting platform.
Study product details and have in-depth product knowledge to promote in live streaming.- Fun, confident and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likeable attitude.
Flexibility to assist with additional tasks related to live broadcasting as directed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
Experienced in Retail (Offline/Online), Sales Promotion, Digital Marketing and Public Speaking.- Have passion and interest in the world of live streaming.
Have good communication, able to work as a team/individually, active in the discussion room, have a strong commitment, and high loyalty.
- Willing to work full-time in 8 working hours, and willing to work with a shifting system (Night/Weekend/Public Holiday).
Willing to be placed Office : Bandar Puteri Bangi, Kajang
