Job Responsibility

Live Streaming: Host engaging and interactive live sessions on TikTok to promote our skincare and cosmetic products.
Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content ideas for live sessions to attract and retain viewers.
Product Demonstration: Showcase products effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and usage.
Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers during live sessions, answering questions, addressing comments, and building a strong online community.
Sales Promotion: Drive sales by encouraging viewers to purchase products during live sessions through special offers and promotions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on TikTok and other social media platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of live sessions to continuously improve engagement and sales.

Job Requirements

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as a live host or content creator on TikTok or other social media platforms is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a lively and engaging personality.
Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
Product Knowledge: Interest in and knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using TikTok and familiar with its features and tools.
Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
