• Live Broadcasting: Hosting live sessions on Shopee, which involves talking, performing, or showcasing content in real-time to an online audience.

Content Planning: Developing ideas and planning content for live broadcasts, which may include topics, themes, activities, or interactive segments to engage viewers.

• Audience Engagement: Actively engaging with the live audience by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging viewer participation during the live stream.

Collaboration with Brands: Possibly working with brands for sponsored content, promoting products or services during live sessions in a way that aligns with the host's style and audience interests.

• Community Building: Cultivating and maintaining a relationship with followers, building a sense of community among viewers, and fostering a loyal fan base.

Monitoring Analytics: Keeping track of live stream performance metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rates, and audience demographics, to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

• Trend Awareness: Staying updated with the latest trends on TikTok and incorporating relevant trends into live streams to keep content fresh and appealing.

Technical Setup and Troubleshooting: Managing the technical aspects of live streaming, including camera setup, lighting, sound quality, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

• Time Management: Effectively managing the duration of live sessions, balancing content delivery with audience interaction within the allocated time.

Compliance with Platform Guidelines: Ensuring all content adheres to TikTok's community guidelines and policies, especially during live interactions.

• Post-Stream Analysis and Feedback: Reviewing performance after live sessions, gathering audience feedback, and using insights for future content improvement.

Generate sales reports by using Excel.

• Job Requirements

Prior experience as social media live host for at least 1 year experience.

• Able to speak Malay and English fluently.

Ability to engage with the audience, create a fun experience, and maintain professionalism.

• Maintain good appearance, be independent and have the ability to collaborate with team members.

Ability to set the green screen and control the OBS system.

• Live Session: 11am until 2pm (Live from Office) / 9pm until 12am (Live from Home with proper outstation)

• Location: Penang Area
