Job Responsibility- To organize and host live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram and etc to showcase and sell various industry products;
Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, building rapport with viewers and addressing their concerns or objection;- Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions and fostering a sense of community;
Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to make purchases or take desired actions;
- Stay informed about the latest information on our products and services;
Conduct research to gather insights into customer needs and preferences;- Promote user-generated content and testimonials;
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques;
- To assist in develop and implement live streaming content strategy including scheduling, planning and marketing.
Presentable appearance with outgoing and charismatic traits. Must be strong on-camera presence;
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Bahasa and English languages;
Talented in public speaking, creative, quick thinker and versatile;- Familiar with social media and live streaming platform operations and trends;
Experience in live commerce, hosting and performing, able to improvise according to the atmosphere of the live room;
- Mature, positive attitude, team spirit, responsible and result oriented;
Preferable experience candidates in e-commerce or brand promotion is an added advantage;- Able to perform flexibility working hours in accordance with promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
