Live Host / Retail Indoor Sales (Power Tools)

Job Responsibility:

• Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, livestreaming, merchandise presentation and promotion

Engaging and entertaining audiences while maintaining a professional demeanor

• Handling live interactions with the audience such as Q&A sessions or contests.

Support in the planning, implementation, and follow up of store operational tasks and projects including corporate sales events, trade shows, exhibitions, outbound events and sales networking activities

• Conduct LIVE Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (Tiktok, FB & Shopee) on a daily basis

Introduce, promote and demonstrate our product during LIVE Streaming

• Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during LIVE Streaming

Assist in content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok and social media

• Employee must seriously learn about the company and products related knowledge.

Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need

• Job Requirement

Candidate with previous sales or servicing power tools machines experience will be prioritize.

• strong interpersonal skills to engage and connect with both guests and audience members.

Excellent verbal and storytelling skills. Confident in speaking in front of camera.

• Have a proactive mindset, be mindful of current market trends

Fast learner and a team player

• Genuinely enjoy talking and sharing information to people

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu (mandatory) and Mandarin (preference).

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required and experience in Power Tools field

• Additional incentives for meeting monthly targets

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCount or other accounting system. Currently, the Company is using AutoCount system.

This job will be based in Muar, Johor
