Live Host Recruitment:- Identify and Source Talent:
Develop and implement strategies to attract potential live hosts through various channels (social media, job boards, industry events, etc.).- Conduct market research to identify trending personalities and influencers suitable for live hosting roles.
Screening and Interviewing:- Review resumes, portfolios, and live stream samples to assess candidates suitability.
Conduct interviews and auditions to evaluate communication skills, on-camera presence, and sales ability.Onboarding and Training:
Manage the onboarding process for new live hosts, including contract negotiation and orientation.
- Provide training and support to ensure hosts are prepared for live streaming sessions.
Talent Management:
- Maintain relationships with live hosts, providing ongoing feedback and support to improve performance.
Manage a database of potential and active live hosts, tracking their availability and performance metrics.
Influencer Identification and Outreach:- Research and identify potential TikTok influencers who align with the brand's image and target audience.
Initiate and manage outreach to influencers, negotiating terms of collaboration, and securing partnerships.Campaign Management:
Coordinate and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Develop creative briefs and guidelines to ensure influencers produce content that aligns with the brands objectives.
Monitor and track campaign performance, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement metrics, reach, and ROI.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Provide insights on new opportunities and strategies for influencer marketing on TikTok.
