This job is a Live Host (Social Media). You'll host live streams on various platforms, engage with viewers, promote products, track performance, and stay updated with trends. • Roles and Responsibilities:

Host Live Streaming Sessions: Conduct live streams on social media platforms, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, live sales, and more, maintaining high energy and engagement throughout.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content strategies for live sessions that align with brand goals and campaign objectives.

Audience Engagement: Actively engage with viewers during live streams, responding to comments and questions in real-time, fostering a positive and interactive community environment.

Sales Promotion: Skillfully promote products or services during live sessions, highlighting features, benefits, and exclusive offers to encourage purchases.Performance Analysis: Review and analyze performance metrics of live sessions to understand viewer preferences, engagement levels, and sales conversion rates, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and live streaming to incorporate innovative ideas and technologies into live sessions.

Technical Setup: Manage the technical setup for live streaming, including camera, lighting, audio, and streaming software, ensuring a high-quality viewing experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and customer service to ensure accurate information dissemination and follow-up on viewer inquiries and feedback.

• Requirements:

Minimum SPM with 1 year experience as a Live Host. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Fun, assertive, creative, positive, energetic, confident, and presentable.

Good team player.

• Willingness to put in extra work hours off work.

Responsible to conduct Live Streaming on Media Social on a daily basis to promote company's products and answer customer's questions.

• Display products and interact with customers/viewers through live broadcast (guiding order, reply customer enquiry, etc).

Manage the day-to-day handling of ecommerce channels (e.g. TikTok).

• Create engaging & creative content for social media platforms to maintain our digital presence and drive positive engagement with existing & new followers.
