Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer service-related experience will be an advantage
  • Responsible for promptly handling and responding to customer inquiries
  • Able to independently and quickly solve problems
  • Capable of handling customer orders on different platforms in a timely manner



Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and some knowledge of English will be an advantage
  • Minimum Education Level : SPM and Above
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Able to handle a certain pressure
  • Possess a certain level of computer skills
  • Have good self-management and work discipline
  • Overtime may be required when necessary
