Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general litigation, civil banking, commercial and contractual disputes2)To prepare submissions, affidavits and other pleadings
  • To conduct Hearings and Full Trials at all Courts independently
  • To attend to other assignments given by superiors

Key Requirements

  • At least 5PQE (in active practice)
  • Manage time well and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong drafting and research skills
  • Good command of English and Malay language (able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player
  • Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required.
