Liquidity Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Good data sensitivity, financial background is preferred, and certain trading data analysis ability

2. Maintain relationships with trading teams and market makers to promote trading stability and liquidity

3. Develop MM & LP business line to achieve the company's growth goals

4. Analyze market trends and competitors to provide liquidity strategy advice to the company

5. Coordinate with internal teams, including traders, risk management, and technical teams, to ensure a smooth trading process

6. Participate in product development and improvement to meet client needs and enhance market competitiveness

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, with excellent English communication skills

2. Excellent communication skills, able to cooperate with various stakeholders

3. Strong learning ability, with the ability to analyze and solve problems, and good at efficient multi-threaded work

4. Those who have a deep understanding of the digital currency, securities are preferred

5. Team player spirit with self-driven aptitude
