We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle or Campaign Manager to design, execute and optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns. Your primary objective will be to nurture leads, increase customer retention and client conversion. This role involves close collaboration with Design, Content, and Compliance teams to ensure effective execution and optimization of customer onboarding, automations, and triggers based on customer behavior and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor campaigns from start to finish to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with (and brief) the Design, Content and Compliance team to execute on all ongoing campaigns and communications
- Build and optimise customer journeys, automations and triggers based on customer behaviour, segmentation and personas
- Ensure accurate tracking, measurement and reporting of automated campaigns to assess their effectiveness and optimise performance
- Customer Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns and customer journeys through marketing automation platforms
- Management of customer segmentation (location, languages, status, etc), campaign setup, and lead scoring to drive personalised and targeted communications
- Content Optimization & A/B Testing:
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to optimise content for automation campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency, personalization, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise campaign elements such as subject lines, calls to action, landing pages, and email templates, driving continuous improvement in engagement and conversion rates
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies aligned with the global brand's objectives, ensuring effective lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI
- Regularly report on campaign results to stakeholders
- MQL/Lead-scoring Management:
- Implement lead management processes, including lead capture, scoring, and routing, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and seamless handover to sales teams. Collaborate with sales to optimise lead quality and conversion rates
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing automation trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively recommend and implement process improvements and enhancements to optimise campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years experience as a Campaign Manager, Marketing Manager or Lifecycle Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with data management and integration processes within marketing automation systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and drive data-based decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
