What You Do

Proficient in insurance end-to-end business operations.
Familiar with Insurance core systems, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, and Java.
Skilled in analytical and system design with good experience.
A team player and quick learner.
Responsible for timely documentation of technical design and business requirements specifications in compliance with prescribed Allianz project standards and existing SDLC methodology.
Participate in project design discussions.
Responsible for application coding using prescribed development tools within a defined project schedule.
Develop test plans and data and undertake complete unit and modular testing activities.
Ensure documentation of all coding changes and enhancements following existing procedures.
Ensure UAT completion and obtain sign-off from the User.
Undertake tasks as assigned from time to time.

What You Bring

Experience in business operations in the insurance industry.
Proficient in Insurance core systems is an added advantage.
Familiar with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle database, and Java.
Strong analytical and system design experience.
Capable team player and quick learner.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills as well as detail oriented
Good in verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritizing in managing workloads and to meet deadlines
Familiar with and/or have experience with Waterfall SDLC and Agile development under the SCRUM methodology
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
