A Kuala Lumpur-based law firm has a vacancy for a Legal Secretary.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary who will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing assistance to the Principal of the Firm, undertaking clerical tasks, diary management and all other related duties.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Legal Document Preparation skills
  • Clerical Skills and Diary Management
  • Experience in law-related tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Secretaries without legal firm experience but willing/quick to learn will also be considered.
